Site visit & brief
This stage begins with a site visit to explore ideas for your garden from pools and outdoor entertaining to planting styles, finishes, and connections with your home. We’ll also discuss your budget and how best to manage it through design and construction. Following the visit, you’ll receive a tailored design fee proposal with a brief shaped from our consultation.

Concept design and planting palette
Once the design fee proposal is accepted, we begin your concept design package. This stage will produce the first round of landscape drawings which will have the layout of your new landscape along with plant schedules and material suggestions. We also confirm if approvals are required, such as CDC or DA, so the path forward is clear from the start.

Refinement, materials and lighting ideas
We then refine the concept into detailed construction drawings and material specifications. At this stage, we finalise all finishes and review key details together ensuring clarity before locking in the construction estimate.

Approval drawings and construction fee proposal
If approvals are required, we’ll manage the process on your behalf whilst also providing a fee proposal for the construction of your new landscape. Read more about our landscape construction here >
